1. Controller

Responsible for the collection and processing of your data in the context of the study is the study director: Mag. Dr. Markus Christiner, Universität Graz, Glaciesstraße 27, A-8010 Graz, E-Mail: markus.christiner@uni-graz.at.

2. Purpose of Data Processing

The personal data you provide (name, e-mail address) will be used exclusively for contacting you and organizing your participation in the study. This consent applies only to this purpose; data protection for the actual study participation (e.g., collection of further data) is handled separately and will be communicated to you in detail upon participation. You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time (e.g., by e-mail to markus.christiner@uni-graz.at).

3. Legal Basis

Privacy notice pursuant to Art. 13 GDPR. The processing of personal data complies with the GDPR and the Austrian Data Protection Act. For contact via this form, the following data are processed: first name and surname, e-mail address. Processing is based on your explicit consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. Data protection for the actual study participation (e.g., further data) is regulated separately and will be communicated upon participation.

4. Storage Period

Your data will be deleted as soon as they are no longer required for contacting you and organizing study participation, or upon your withdrawal of consent. Extension occurs only with separate consent for the study.

5. Your Rights

The consent you have given for data processing is freely revocable at any time via the institute's contact address provided. You may declare withdrawal of your consent at any time by e-mail to markus.christiner@uni-graz.at. Pursuant to Art. 15–22 GDPR, you have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, and objection. Complaints should be directed to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (dsb.gv.at).

Your data are stored on our own server and protected against unauthorized access by technical and organizational measures.
